		<description>This is a really good point. It seems like every one has problems with low self esteem or some personal issue to a point but they still manage to have long term healthy relationships though. How do THEY do it?

		<description>I love the attitude you take with this post. Im about half way to getting my ex back using these techniques. I even started my own blog. I did make some mistakes in the beginning but managed to save the last thread, (by using a guide and getting him to speak to me at least), now i dont know what to do. were still not together( he may be with someone else now) but at least I opened the path for communication. Maybe you know if its good for your ex to feel sorry for you, to feel bad for how he treated you and hopefully he will feel bad enough and call back. Should I play that card or is further action required on my part?
 any insight would be gratly appreciated!
